At Quatro, customer satisfaction is our priority. You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
 

1. Return Conditions
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, in its original condition, with packaging and attached labels.

Used, damaged (due to misuse), modified products , or custom-made products cannot be returned.

Cash-on-delivery payments will be refunded via bank transfer or e-wallet.

 

2. Return Process

2. We will review your request and respond within 3 - 7 business days.

3. If approved, we will send return instructions.

4. Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within:-

     5 - 14 business days for bank cards.

     1 - 5 business days for e-wallets.

 

3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for incorrect or defective items.

The same return conditions apply to exchanges.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers bear return shipping costs unless the issue is from our side.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the shipping fees.
