2. Orders & Payments
Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet our criteria.

All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud.

Customers must enter accurate information. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or payment details.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery within Cairo & Alexandria: 1 - 3 business days.

Delivery to other governorates: 3 - 7 business days.

Remote areas may take up to 10 business days.

Check your package upon delivery and refuse it if damaged.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping company.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

5. Payment Methods & Refunds
We accept bank cards, Vodafone Cash, and cash-on-delivery (in selected areas).

Refund timelines:
     5 - 14 business days for bank card payments.
     1 - 5 business days for e-wallet refunds.

We are not responsible for damages caused by improper product use.
